Gary has always been fascinated with history and storytelling. As a trained documentary filmmaker, Gary’s keeps his eyes and ears peeled to the human side of the story. And that’s why our clients love working with him.

The goal of each project he works on is to illuminate the true ‘soul’ of a brand by finding the human touch to each story. By using real people, product owners, managers and executives in companies, Gary is able to capture the essence of the brand in the final product.

Since 1991, Gary has held many Creative Director positions including at the company he founded and ran for 16 years. His work can be found in a vast number of industries including Automotive, Chemical, Quick Service Restaurants.

Gary is a creative at heart. He loves being a visionary when it comes to integrating technology and user experience and has even created large scale experiential marketing events as well as live streaming events for major automotive companies.

As the Chief Creative Officer for Haig Barrett, his role is to find new and exciting ways for our clients to communicate their brands to their audiences.

In his spare time, Gary loves to watch movies and documentaries (of course!) His favorite movies are by Ken Burns. Besides watching movies, he also enjoys spending time piloting planes, swimming and kayaking.

As for his superpower, Gary would love to be able to fly sans the plane. Not only will he be able to gain a whole new perspective from the air, he can also zoom across the world without having to wait in the extra long security line.
