With his Egyptian heritage, years of residence in Saudi Arabia and fluency in Arabic, French and English, Mamdouh is dedicated to representing discriminating real estate buyers and investors from throughout the Middle East. Specializing in luxury properties within upscale Los Angeles communities and enclaves such as Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Bel Air and Beverly Hills, Mamdouh brings three decades of international financial and management experience to his role as a Realtor. That priceless experience allows him to serve his clients with unsurpassed skill at market research and analysis, communication and negotiation in addition to his multi-cultural sensitivity.
Originally moving to the United States to obtain a university degree in geology and engineering, Mamdouh then pursued job opportunities in Saudi Arabia. Eventually returning to the US, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting and subsequently passed all CPA requirements. Following 25 years in France as European Manager and Chief Executive Officer of a global manufacturing company, he relocated to the US to be near his children and immerse himself in the real estate profession, an interest stimulated by his experience building homes in France.
Today, backed by the strength and worldwide prestige of Sotheby’s International Realty, Mamdouh shares with his sophisticated clientele his thorough understanding of the dynamic Los Angeles real estate market, as well as his affection for the area’s global appeal and cultural opportunities.
