James has held a number of Senior Executive-level positions at Food & Beverage companies including North American Water Group (President), HPL Puresport (President), CSI (Cluster Solutions Inc.) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, Beverage Marketing Inc., and Sysco Branded Products for Compton Foods (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sysco Foods).

During Jim’s tenure at North American Water Group as president, he was responsible for the sales of three bottling plants located in Phoenix, AZ, Macomb, MS, and Quincy, IL. Jim was instrumental in increasing sales nearly ten times from $5 million to over $48 million and was instrumental in the sale of the company.

Over his career Jim has been directly responsible for driving both regional and national growth, for many companies. Also, he has built up relationships with the key players such as Budweiser, 7Up, Dr. Pepper, RC Cola, Sysco, Armour Foods, Kansas city, Vancol Industries, Outlaw Energy Drinks, HEB, Albertsons, Tom Thumb, Randall’s and 7/Eleven franchise stores.
