On February 9, 2012, Haig Barrett sponsored the Toyota Leadership Forum at Toyota Headquarters in Torrance, California, which was attended by over 120 Toyota leaders and managers.
In recent years, a growing body of evidence has emerged indicating that leadership development and organizational success are related to the ability of people to hold effective and high-quality conversations. At the Leadership Forum, Dave introduced the audience to the concepts and practical actions as laid out in his book, Tribal Leadership that can be used to leverage human and organizational performance. Haig Barrett has been a Toyota Motor Sales business partner since 1998.
